Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join Imagine Infra Reality. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable real estate projects, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, references, and other channels.
- Understand customers’ property requirements and budget.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and investment perks.
- Arrange and conduct property/project site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits,



and sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations and documentation teams to complete transactions.
- Stay updated on market trends and competing projects.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and WhatsApp communication.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.

Compensation

Salary: ₹[15000] – ₹[20000] per month + attractive incentivesIncentives: Performance-based upto 10k-1L.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
