Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor production activities to ensure timely order execution.
• Coordinate with production, sourcing, quality, and merchandising teams.
• Handle buyer communication, sampling, approvals, and order follow-ups.
• Prepare production plans, T&A; schedules, costing sheets, and order status reports.
• Monitor production efficiency, capacity utilization, and delivery timelines.
• Identify production bottlenecks and support process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to customer specifications and quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate production and merchandising documentation.
• Follow up with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth material availability and dispatch.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or related field.
• Experience: 47 years in textile production,



industrial engineering, merchandising, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, fabric construction, production planning, and quality standards.
• Good understanding of woven, knitted, coated, laminated, and technical textiles is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and production documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and meet strict deadlines.
