Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and business growth for our staffing and recruitment services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, connecting with HR/procurement/business stakeholders, understanding their staffing requirements, and converting them into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients who have ongoing or upcoming staffing requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Reach out to HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, Recruitment Heads, Procurement teams, and business decision-makers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements for contract staffing, permanent hiring, temporary staffing, and other recruitment services.
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into active staffing clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding open positions.
- Prepare and share company/service presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions with prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercials, contracts, and service terms in coordination with management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, requirements, and business opportunities in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities in the IT staffing and recruitment industry.
Required Skills
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client acquisition and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in IT staffing, recruitment sales, B2B sales, or business development is preferred.
