About Suncloud Beverages LLP

Suncloud Beverages LLP is a mineral water manufacturing company based in Bengaluru, operating a well-equipped beverage plant at Magadi Road, Byadarahalli. The company produces packaged drinking water using modern PET bottling technology, with a strong focus on advanced technology, quality assurance, and safe drinking water standards.

Suncloud is currently expanding its production team and building out a growing operations unit across the plant floor.

Role Summary

Operate the rinsing-filling-capping line to fill bottles accurately and hygienically while maintaining speed and quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the rinser-filler-capper (RFC) monoblock and conveyors
- Ensure correct fill volumes, cap application, and capping torque




- Perform format changeovers for different bottle/cap sizes
- Carry out CIP/SIP and sanitation cycles
- In-process quality checks: fill level, seal integrity, leakage, cap tightness
- Maintain production, wastage, and cleaning records

Qualification
- ITI/Diploma in relevant trade.
- Experience operating automatic filling/bottling machines in a water or beverage plant.

Key Skills
- Filling/capping line operation, hygiene/CIP procedures, quality checking, troubleshooting minor faults.

- Willingness to work rotating shifts
- Commitment to hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
- Immediate availability preferred
