- 2-4 years of experience in business analytics, consulting or process excellence, roles
- Bachelors degree in a technical discipline (Positive to have)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable frameworks
- Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python/R, or other analytics tools is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
