Project Executive – Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Executive to manage and coordinate projects from planning through successful completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Define project tasks and allocate resources effectively.
- Maintain project schedules, progress reports, risk assessments, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders.
- Lead project teams and conduct regular meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
- Attend weekly site meetings and coordinate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle until handover.
- Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
- Manage project budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.




- Establish and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project status, milestones, challenges, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Evaluate project performance and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
- Ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time, and within budget.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management.
- Experience in Modular Furniture / Services is preferred.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and MS Project.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
