Bright Energy Enterprises is looking for a Field Marketing Executive to promote our rooftop solar solutions and generate current customer leads.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting electrician shops, electrical contractors, local businesses, residential areas and potential customer locations, building relationships and generating leads for solar installations.

Key Responsibilities

Visit electricians, electrical shops, contractors and potential customers on a daily basis

Generate leads for residential and commercial rooftop solar projects

Explain solar systems, benefits, subsidy and financing options to customers

Build and maintain relationships with electricians and local dealers

Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area

Follow up with leads and coordinate with the sales team

Arrange site visits with interested customers





Maintain daily visit and lead reports

Achieve monthly lead and sales targets

Represent Bright Energy Enterprises professionally in the market

Requirements

12th pass / Graduate preferred

0–3 years of experience in field sales or marketing

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Good communication and convincing skills

Comfortable with daily field work and local travel

Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred

Candidates with experience in solar, electrical, inverter or related industries will be preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
