Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and strategic objectives.
- Work closely with development, QA, UX/UI, architecture, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Perform gap analysis, impact assessment,



and feasibility analysis for proposed solutions.
- Ensure delivered features meet defined business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, dependencies, risks, and escalations.
- Track product performance, adoption, and business outcomes using relevant KPIs.
- Support UAT planning, execution, defect resolution, and business sign-off.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, wireframes, and other functional documentation.
- Mentor business analysts and contribute to improving BA and product management practices.
