Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with robust functional expertise and hands-on implementation and support experience.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Strong functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
- Hands-on experience in implementation and support projects
- Minimum 1 implementation project + 1 support project
- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Certification is mandatory
- Experience managing the complete annual compensation cycle
- Experience in compensation enhancements and configuration
- Experience with Custom Compensation Statements is an added advantage
- Good understanding of other SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills




- Ability to lead and drive the Compensation function
- Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid environment
