Job Description:
- 48 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM/OTL, PPM, or ERP support.
- Hands-on experience in Period Close activities and production support.

Key Skills Expected:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Time & Labor (OTL) and its integration with PPM.
- Understanding of Timecard, Absence, and Payroll integrations.
- Ability to analyze and resolve issues related to HCM to PPM integrations.
- Knowledge of Default Expense Account (DEA), Rate Schedules, Burden Cost validations.
- Positive understanding of Project, Task, Expenditure Type, Organization, and Cost Processing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end Period Close activities.
- Monitor inbound transactions from OTL/Absence to PPM.
- Analyze and resolve cost import failures and integration issues.
- Validate rates, DEA, burden schedules, and project/task configurations.
- Prepare reports, coordinate with business teams, and ensure successful period close.
