What you’ll do:

• Manage customer relationships and onboarding

• Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction

• Understand customer needs and ensure successful outcomes

• Work closely with Product, Tech & Sales teams

• Resolve issues and proactively improve the customer experience

What we’re looking for:

• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management / SaaS

• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills

• Solid ownership and problem-solving mindset

• Passion for AI, SaaS and technology
