Role Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Experience: Fresher – 1 Year

Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Resolve complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Track and coordinate orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on pending issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.





Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.
- Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in customer support, e-commerce, or order management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
