Bachelors degree in any engineering discipline/ BCA/ MCA
Experience/ Qualifications
- 9-15 years of experience preferred in BFSI domain
- Around 6 to 8 years of robust experience in both, Functional and Automation on large scale enterprise level application Testing as full stake QA (UI, Services and Database)
- Strong experience in Test Strategy and Test planning
- Expertise in design and development of test automation framework from scratch
- 6+ years of experience in Test Automation with knowledge of testing tools and technologies like Selenium, Java, Appium, TestNG, BDD Cucumber
- Knowledge of Devops - CI / CD pipeline , Jenkins / Dockers
- Should have vision for Process improvement to achieve efficiency and effectiveness by using latest tools / technologies / automations
- Strong experience in Agile / Waterfall methodologies and managing multiple end to end deliveries.
- Should have good communication skills and collaborate with cross functional teams for project / delivery success
- Exposure to Performance testing tools such as JMeter/Load will be added advantage

- Quality Strategy - Develop and implement a quality strategy aligned with business objective
- Test Strategy - Develop overall test strategy and approach for project for all testing types Functional, SIT, UAT, E2E, Performance, Security, etc with input from Test Leads and Business Analysts
- Process Improvement - Continuously improve testing process and methodologies
- Risk Management - Identify and mitigate quality risk

- Team Management - Lead and manage a team of QA engineer, providing guidance, coaching and mentoring
- Performance Management - Manage team performance, provide feedback and conduct performance review
