Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell travel packages.

Generate leads and convert them into bookings.

Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.

Provide information on destinations, itineraries, pricing, and travel services.

Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Maintain customer details and sales records.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the travel/tourism industry.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.

Knowledge of travel packages and destinations is an advantage.

Proficiency in Malayalam and English.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
