Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Guide, train, and manage telecommunications technicians and contractors.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor network performance to minimize downtime and ensure 24x7 operations.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve network, site, or equipment issues.
- Documentation: Maintain records of maintenance, equipment inventory, and project progress.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5+ years in the telecom industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of network infrastructure, field execution, and power systems (DG, AC, PIU).
- Skills: Robust communication, leadership, and, proficiency in, MS Office/Excel.
- Education: Diploma/B.Tech in EEE/ECE
