Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the IT Application Support team to provide production support for Life Sciences applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and maintenance of high service levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement changes to improve data integrity, GXP compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles to ensure effective communication among team members.
- Provide technical guidance on SQL queries, CSV files processing, and Servicenow ticketing system usage.

Job Requirements :
- 9-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry with expertise in application support or similar role.
- Strong understanding of GXP (Good X Practices) regulations and ability to apply them in an IT setting.
- Proficiency in LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) software such as LabVantage or equivalent.
