About the Role

We are looking for a Field Sales Officer to drive customer acquisition and business development for our Unclaimed Shares Recovery services.

The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with stock brokers, sub-brokers, financial advisors, CAs, wealth managers and other referral partners, while also directly approaching customers who may have unclaimed shares, dividends, physical share certificates, or shares transferred to IEPF.

Key Responsibilities

1. Broker & Channel Partner Development
- Identify and approach stock brokers, sub-brokers, wealth managers, CAs and financial advisors.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with broker/channel partner networks.




- Explain the company's Unclaimed Shares Recovery services and partnership model.
- Generate regular referrals and leads through channel partners.
- Conduct meetings, presentations and awareness sessions for partners.
- Follow up with partners to convert leads into successful cases.

2. Direct Customer Acquisition
- Identify potential customers who may have unclaimed shares, dividends, physical share certificates or IEPF-related claims.
- Meet customers personally and understand their requirements.
- Explain the recovery process, documentation and service offerings clearly.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, local networking and targeted campaigns.
- Convert qualified prospects into customers.

3. Sales & Lead Management
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Regularly follow up with prospects and referral partners.
