Associate Acquisition Manager Corporate Salary

Job Purpose:
Responsible for acquiring new corporate salary accounts by identifying and onboarding companies, developing corporate relationships, and driving employee salary account acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach companies for corporate salary account tie-ups.
- Generate leads through direct sales, references, existing relationships, and market visits.
- Meet HR, Finance, Admin, and senior management teams to present salary account propositions.
- Manage the complete corporate onboarding and account-opening process.
- Conduct employee engagement activities, salary account camps, and on-site account-opening drives.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for corporate acquisition and employee salary accounts.
- Cross-sell banking products such as credit cards, personal loans, insurance, investments, and digital banking services.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and ensure smooth service after onboarding.




- Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, credit, compliance, and customer service.
- Track sales pipeline, conversions, and business performance through regular MIS/reporting.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, bank policies, and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
- Typically 1–4 years of experience in corporate salary acquisition, banking sales, CASA, B2B sales, or relationship management.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Robust target orientation and ability to develop corporate relationships.
- Willingness to travel for corporate visits and client meetings.
