Job Profile: Performance & Media Sales

Key Responsibilities:





• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth for Performance & Media solutions.

• Acquire new clients and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

• Generate qualified leads and build a solid sales pipeline.

• Pitch Performance Marketing solutions including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, Affiliate Marketing, Lead Generation, App Marketing, and Media Buying.

• Build and maintain relationships with leading brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers.

• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.

• Work closely with internal campaign and media teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

• Travel for client meetings and industry events whenever required.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in selling Performance Marketing
