We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the AI Data Operations team. The role involves team supervision, productivity and quality monitoring, workforce coordination, reporting, and ensuring the smooth and timely execution of operational activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in a Team Lead, Operations, or Management role. Proficiency in English and Hindi. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Basic computer proficiency with strong reporting skills. Willingness to relocate as per business requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the daily operations of the AI Data Operations team. Monitor team productivity, performance, attendance, and task completion. Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within defined timelines. Conduct quality checks and identify areas for operational improvement.
Coordinate with trainers, site managers, and team members to ensure smooth workflow. Address operational and team-related issues and implement appropriate corrective actions. Maintain daily operational reports, attendance records, and performance data. Provide regular feedback, guidance, and support to team members. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities as required. Ensure compliance with company processes, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
