We are looking for a dynamic, self-started, and driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and driving the sales of various brands of high-quality industrial and commercial adhesives/glues to furniture manufacturers, industrial clients, and retail hardware shops.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales: Visit existing and prospective clients (furniture manufacturers and hardware shops) daily across Chennai to introduce products, expand market reach, and conduct new product trials.

Key Account Management: Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with key trade accounts, distributors, and business partners.

Payment Collection: Take complete ownership of timely payment receivable collections from clients to maintain healthy cash flow.

Reporting: Maintain and submit accurate, timely MIS reports on daily visits, sales pipelines, client feedback, and market trends.

Market Coverage: Travel extensively within Chennai to capture retail and industrial market opportunities.





Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Any Degree or Diploma.

Experience: Prior experience in either retail or industrial field sales (experience in adhesives, hardware, building materials, or chemical supply is a plus).

Languages: Solid communication skills in both English and Tamil.

Key Skills:

Strong passion for sales with excellent people persuasion skills.

Good proficiency in basic mathematics for quick pricing, discount, and margin calculations.

Well-versed in MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and tracking.

Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and preferably own a 2-wheeler for daily local travel. Willingness to travel extensively across the city.

Location Preference

Office/Base: Saligramam, Chennai.

Preferred Residential Areas: Candidates residing in Saligramam, Vadapalani, Virugambakkam, Koyambedu, or nearby surrounding areas will be strongly preferred.
