Role & responsibilities :
- Financial Closing & Compliance: Spearhead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring rigorous accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Budgeting & Strategic Forecasting: Direct annual budgeting and financial forecasting for Bengaluru operations, integrating cross-functional operational insights to drive strategic planning.
- Performance Analysis & Insights: Analyze financial performance against targets, identifying variance trends and delivering actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Executive Financial Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive executive reports, including P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow statements, to guide business decisions.
- Working Capital & Treasury Operations: Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, optimizing cash flow through accurate and timely processing.
- Team Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance team, prioritizing talent development, key retention, and a collaborative environment.




- Internal Controls & Governance: Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard corporate assets and maintain full regulatory compliance.
- Operational Finance & Strategic Partnerships: Partner with operational teams to evaluate the financial viability of current projects, process changes, and automation initiatives.
- Systems Optimization: Lead the deployment and continuous optimization of financial systems, leveraging tools such as NetSuite to streamline financial workflows.
- Investment & Cost Analysis: Conduct rigorous cost-benefit analyses on proposed warehouse technology investments and capital expenditures.

Preferred candidate profile :
- Should be Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Should have strong technical skills and experience with ERP systems.
- Candidate should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant and must have strong experience
