About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our real estate sales team in Bihta, Patna. The ideal candidate should have at least 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales and a strong understanding of the Bihta and Patna property markets.

The candidate should be confident in handling customers, generating leads, managing site visits, closing property deals, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct and coordinate property/site visits with prospective buyers.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property transactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build robust relationships with customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.




- Manage and guide sales executives/team members to improve conversions.
- Maintain regular reports of leads, site visits, follow-ups, bookings, and sales.
- Keep updated with property prices, upcoming projects, infrastructure developments, and market trends in Bihta and Patna.
- Develop strong local networks with brokers, channel partners, investors, and potential customers.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of minimum experience in real estate sales is required.
- Good knowledge of the Bihta–Patna real estate market and surrounding areas.
- Strong understanding of property sales, lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Experience managing or mentoring a sales team will be an added advantage.
