Role Summary:

The Catalog Specialist
is responsible for managing digital merchandising activities across the website, mobile app, and marketplace platforms. The role ensures accurate product listings, effective campaign execution, and an optimised online shopping experience while supporting business growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, the Specialist maintains merchandising quality, manages marketplace operations, and drives operational excellence through effective execution and continuous process improvement.

Strong experience in e-commerce across the SEA region or international markets, with hands-on expertise in platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end digital merchandising activities across website, mobile app, and marketplace platforms.
- Execute and maintain promotional campaigns, including Gift with Purchase (GWP), brand campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
- Configure and manage homepage assets, landing pages, promotional collections, category pages, banners,



and other merchandising content across App and Web platforms.
- Create, enrich, and maintain product listings, ensuring catalog accuracy, completeness, and adherence to merchandising standards.
- Manage marketplace operations across platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and other eCommerce marketplaces, ensuring timely content and campaign execution.
- Update product attributes, expiry information, pricing, promotional content, and category assignments to maintain
- data accuracy and compliance.
- Support weekly, monthly, and seasonal campaigns, flash deals, hot deals, and business-specific promotional activities.
- Collaborate with Category Management, Marketing, Design, Product, and Operations teams to deliver business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
