International Voice & Chat Support Executive

Location: Jaipur
Process: International Voice & Chat
CTC: Up to ₹34,000 per month
Shift: Rotational shifts / Majorly night shifts

Job Responsibilities
- Handle international customers through voice and chat support.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain required quality and productivity parameters.

Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and night shifts.
- Candidates with international voice/chat experience will be preferred.
- Freshers may also be considered based on communication skills.

10 days hotel stay with relocation bonus & tickets.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
