Role & responsibilities :

Technical Sr. Consultant and Consultant for enterprise AEP and Real-Time CDP engagements schema architecture, real-time pipelines, identity resolution, audience activation, Edge Network, and emerging agentic AI workflows. You will be the lead technical authority on client engagements, translating business needs into scalable, governed platform solutions that power personalised experiences and intelligent automation.

Description :

1 • AEP Architecture, Schema Design & Data Modelling:
- Architect end-to-end AEP solutions for multi-brand, multi-region deployments schema design, identity graph, and profile store governance.
- Design and govern XDM schemas (ExperienceEvent, IndividualProfile, B2B, custom) field groups, identity namespaces, and schema versioning.
- Define normalisation trade-offs, event granularity, and schema reuse across domains.
- Run schema review workshops and enforce governance standards across client data teams.

2 • Real-Time CDP Audience, Identity & Activation:
- Own RTCDP configuration: merge policies, identity stitching,



profile completeness, and cross-device resolution via Adobe Identity Service.
- Build batch, streaming, and edge segmentation (Segment Builder, PQL, Versatile Audiences) aligned to funnel stages.
- Configure RTCDP destinations (paid media, email, cloud storage, CRM, DWH) meeting freshness SLAs and governance requirements.
- Map lifecycle and behavioural signals to profile attributes powering personalisation, decisioning, and suppression.

3 • Data Ingestion, Pipelines & Source/Destination Connectors:
- Architect batch and streaming ingestion via AEP connectors, HTTP Streaming API, and SDK sources with monitoring and error handling at scale.
- Configure source and destination connectors across CRM, analytics, cloud storage, advertising, and warehousing.
- Build event-driven streaming pipelines with Streaming Ingestion Service, Web SDK, and Mobile SDK with full pipeline observability.
