seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a solid understanding of system configuration, and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and networking problems, ensuring smooth system performance, and supporting end-users with technical queries. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve boot issues across desktops and laptops. Troubleshoot and resolve slow system performance problems. Explain and differentiate RAM vs ROM concepts to users when required. Perform system configuration steps including OS setup, drivers, and updates.



Provide basic networking troubleshooting (IP configuration, connectivity, router/switch issues). Document resolutions and maintain knowledge base for recurring issues. Collaborate with IT team to escalate and resolve complex problems. Required Skills Robust knowledge o
