Role: Workforce Management Analyst
Experience: 1 - 4 years
Type: 6-month contract
Shift: 4:30 PM - 1:30 AM IST,
Location: Onsite
Openings: 3
Responsibilities:
- Assign daily work to users.
- Maintain SLAs and TATs for emails and work completion.
- Produce daily, biweekly and monthly internal and client reports.
- Use trends and reports to forecast requirements.
- Monitor, track, document and communicate real-time floor activities regarding adherence to
process-defined Breaks, shifts, and cab delays.
Required skill set:
- Must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced formulas, as well as
proficiency in Word and Email.
- Candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in RTA/WFM
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to multitask, focus and complete reports for extended periods of time.
Educational Background:
- Any Graduate.
