About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales / Project Engineer to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, preparing technical proposals, coordinating projects, and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the assigned region.

Visit customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable technical solutions.

Prepare quotations, technical proposals, BOQs and project estimates.

Coordinate with customers, suppliers, production teams and installation teams.

Follow up on enquiries, quotations and orders until successful closure.

Coordinate project execution from order confirmation through installation and commissioning.





Conduct site visits and take necessary measurements and technical details.

Maintain regular communication with customers and provide project updates.

Support the project team in resolving technical and site-related issues.

Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and specifications.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Achieve assigned sales and business development targets. Preferred Skills Good technical knowledge and understanding of engineering concepts.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel for customer visits and project sites.

Ability to prepare professional quotations and technical documents.

Valuable negotiation and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be an advantage.

Self-motivated, responsible and target-oriented. A valid driving licence is preferred.
