- I*Academic Counselor – Key Responsibilities*
- * Counsel prospective students on training programs, career paths, and industry opportunities
- * Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses (Data Science, Analytics, etc.)
- * Handle inbound & outbound calls, leads, and walk-in inquiries
- * Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups
- * Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems
- * Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth onboarding
- * Provide end-to-end admission support (course briefing, fee structure, documentation)
- * Build strong relationships with students to ensure a positive experience
- * Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
- * Stay updated with current market trends in education and technology
- *Required Skills*
- * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- * Convincing and negotiation abilities
- * Basic understanding of IT/Analytics courses is an advantage
- * Ability to work in a target-driven workplace
