Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years' experience in US IT staffing or related field (recruitment/staffing).
- Proven track record in business development, sales hiring, or account management within the US market.
- Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment processes and ability to adapt quickly to recent technologies/industries.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
