ROLE 1: SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (SR. BDA)

Experience 3 – 6 Years (Minimum 2 years in EdTech is Mandatory)

Sales Experience Mandatory

Age Limit Up to 31 Years

Background EdTech, or a mix of EdTech & Non-EdTech sectors

Educational Qualifications — Sr. BDA

■ UG (Tech): B.Tech — Technology background

■ UG (Non-Tech): B.Com / BBA — Non-Technology background

■ PG (Tech): M.Tech — Technology background

■ PG (Non-Tech): MBA in Marketing & Sales

ROLE 2: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (BDA)

Experience 0 – 2 Years

Sales Experience Preferred; Freshers with EdTech interest are welcome

Age Limit Up to 29 Years

Background EdTech experience preferred; Freshers also eligible





Educational Qualifications — BDA

■ UG (Tech): B.Tech — Technology background

■ UG (Non-Tech): B.Com / BBA — Non-Technology background

■ PG (Tech): M.Tech — Technology background

■ PG (Non-Tech): MBA in Marketing & Sales

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (BOTH ROLES)

■ Identify and reach out to prospective learners through calls, emails, and other channels.

■ Understand learner goals, suggest suitable Scaler programs, and drive enrolment conversions.

■ Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

■ Build and maintain robust relationships with prospects through the sales funnel.

■ Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and pipeline status in CRM.

■ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless learner onboarding experience.

■ Stay updated on Scaler's product offerings, curriculum updates, and market trends.

Pay: Up to ₹1,100,000.00 per year
