CNC Shift Production Supervisor

Location: SIPCOT Vallam, Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu
Shift: Rotational Shifts

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day CNC production and ensure hourly production targets are achieved.
- Monitor and record hourly output, machine utilization, and production performance.
- Handle insert changes and tool changes and ensure timely tool availability.
- Manage coolant and cutting oil levels, usage, and basic maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with the manpower agency for operator availability, attendance, and manpower requirements.
- Ensure smooth shift handover and effective manpower allocation across machines.
- Monitor production quality and immediately report machine, tooling, or quality issues.




- Maintain proper production records and communicate shift performance to management.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in CNC production supervision/shift handling, preferably in a machining environment.
- Valuable knowledge of CNC turning operations, inserts, tooling, coolant, and production monitoring.
- Ability to manage operators and coordinate with manpower agencies.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Candidates residing near Sriperumbudur/Vallam are preferred, or candidates willing to relocate.
