Roles and Responsibilities :

Job Requirements :
- 2-11 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in branch management or team handling roles.
- Strong understanding of gold loan products and processes, including sales strategies and customer relationship building.
- Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and teamwork; ability to motivate teams towards achieving targets.
