- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering
- Master's Degree (Preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma / TPM / Operations Excellence certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 20+ years of progressive experience in Manufacturing Operations.
- Extensive leadership experience in Precision Machining and Heavy Engineering industries.
- Robust exposure to global customers within:
- Valves, Pumps, Oil & Gas, Energy, Off Highway Equipment, Heavy Engineering & Automotive

Position Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Manufacturing Leader to spearhead Operations, Manufacturing Excellence, Process Engineering, and Strategic Business Growth for our precision machining business. The incumbent will be responsible for leading end-to-end manufacturing operations involving complex machined components manufactured from castings, forgings, and bar stock while ensuring world-class Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety,



and Productivity standards.
The role requires a techno-commercial leader with deep expertise in machining technologies, process optimization, operational excellence, customer engagement, and manufacturing transformation.

Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Leadership
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple machining facilities.
- Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Improve productivity, machine utilization, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and manufacturing efficiency.
- Establish best-in-class manufacturing systems aligned with global customer expectations.

Machining Excellence
- Provide technical leadership in CNC machining of castings, forgings, and bar stock components.
- Develop machining strategies for high-complexity precision components.
