JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role : Quality Assurance and Quality Check in charge (QA QC)

Reporting to : The Management

Quality Assurance:
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all stages of production.
- Conduct in-process checks to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and maintain a robust quality management system (QMS).
- Implementation of Quality Assurance in entire plant / Quality Control System in Quality control lab.
- Checking of Master Documents and controlled possession.
- Authorize Batch manufacturing records, Batch packing records and other technical documents.
- Batch record review and finished product release.
- To Co-ordinate validation activity and prepare validation protocols and reports.
- To control and approve deviations, change controls, complaints handling and record them.
- Preparation and authorization of standard operating and cleaning procedure.
- Preparation and facing for various audits to be carried out by Govt. agency and other external organizations.
- To plan and carryout internal / self-audits.




- To Co-Ordinate with Q.C./ Production for handling and investigation of Market complaints.
- To check and approve art works in co-ordination with QC / Packaging Department /Commercial Department/Production Department/Corporate office.
- To revise and upgrade QA System to the current national and international standards.
- Responsible for conducting ongoing training programs for recent recruits and retraining for existing employees.
- Responsible for improvement in quality of the product by encouraging and motivating people on the shop floor by counselling and guidance.
- Co-ordination with Production, Q.C, Maintenance and other departments of the site for implementation of cGMP.

Quality Control:
- Perform testing and inspection of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Conduct microbiological and chemical analysis to meet regulatory and company standards.
