Role Description
The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to showcase Pastel Design Studio’s architecture, interior, and landscape projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, coordinating with the design team for project information and visuals, writing captions and posts, and optimizing content for reach and engagement. The Social Media Manager will monitor analytics,



manage community interactions, respond to comments and messages, and adjust strategies based on performance insights. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and competitor activity to strengthen the studio’s digital presence and brand awareness.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills for transparent, engaging content and interactions.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Content Strategy, including planning and aligning content with brand and business goals.
- Candidates should be familiar with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and basic analytics tools.
