Working Days: 6 days/week
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate VMC machines with Mitsubishi control.
- Perform machine operations as per engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Handle tool setting, tool offsets and basic machine adjustments.
- Monitor machining processes and ensure required quality standards.
- Perform in-process inspection using basic measuring instruments.
- Maintain production and quality requirements.
- Follow safety, 5S and standard operating procedures.
- Identify and report machine or process abnormalities.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of hands-on VMC operating experience.
- ITI or Diploma qualification.
- Experience on Mitsubishi-controlled VMC machines preferred.
- Aerospace industry experience will be an advantage.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of basic measuring instruments and machining processes.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
