HR Intern – Recruitment

Location: Near Symphony Mall, Bhubaneswar
Stipend: Up to ₹10,000 per month, depending on performance

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our recruitment team and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and other channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic discussions.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Understand client requirements and work on assigned vacancies.
- Support the team in achieving profile submission and closure targets.
- Learn and participate in the complete recruitment process.

Requirements




- Graduate/MBA in HR or pursuing HR/MBA preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn recruitment and sourcing techniques.
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with relevant HR/recruitment experience may be preferred.
