Hiring: Application Production Support Engineer ( mandate - Kubernetes, docker, devops tools )

Work Model: Hybrid 10 days WFO per month

Mandatory Skills
- Application Production Support / L2 Support experience
- Solid hands-on experience in Linux L2
- ServiceNow – Incident, Request & Change Management
- ITIL / ITSM processes and SLA management
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Oracle / SQL Server
- Ability to execute SQL queries and database scripts
- Strong scripting experience in Python / Bash / PowerShell
- Experience with Docker and containerization
- Exposure to Kubernetes / OpenShift
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace / ELK / Grafana
- Exposure to Cloud platforms – IBM Cloud preferred
- Understanding of High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR) and production resilience
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills




- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 Application & Infrastructure Production Support
- Manage Incidents, Service Requests and Changes within defined SLAs
- Perform production troubleshooting across Linux, applications, databases and infrastructure
- Monitor applications and infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools
- Execute SQL queries/scripts and support database-related issues
- Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Security and Operations teams
- Coordinate with global teams for issue resolution and knowledge transfer
- Follow ITIL-based Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management processes
- Contribute to automation, process improvement, KPI reporting and operational excellence
- Support HA/DR activities and ensure production stability and resilience
