Business Associate – Inside Sales

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Business Associate – Inside Sales to join our team. The role involves handling customer enquiries, understanding their travel requirements, recommending suitable holiday/cruise packages, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media and other lead sources.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
- Explain package details, pricing, inclusions and booking procedures clearly.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Follow up with recent and existing leads consistently.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation.
- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat and referral business.

- Confident in communicating with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales interest can also apply.
- Previous experience in travel sales, telesales, inside sales or customer service will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
