In our Assurance (A&A;) Team youll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
- Review and give inputs on educational content related to fintech.
- Conduct research on current fintech trends and innovations and prepare case studies for fintech.
- Deliver lectures, train and guide student.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Java, Python, etc, with hands-on coding experience.
- Practical knowledge of:
- Cloud computing and data analytics
- Financial markets, online lending and digital payments
- Business Process Re-engineering
- Blockchain and cryptocurrency fundamentals
- AI/ML concepts, deep learning, and big data processing
- Cybersecurity, APIs, open banking, InsurTech or RegTech
- Practical experience with at least one of the following is preferred:
Bloomberg Terminal (financial markets), Ethereum (blockchain development), or TensorFlow (AI/ML & big data processing).
Desired qualifications
- Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on Fintech, Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, or Digital Banking.
- 5+ years of industry experience in the FinTech, banking, or financial services.
- Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
- Solid presentation and communication skills
- Mentorship and student supervision
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners
- Fluency in English for teaching purposes
- Applicant should be open to travel Pan-India.
