Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, data-driven and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to manage and grow RICO's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media strategy, content creation, reels, influencer marketing, community management, trends and analytics, with the ability to convert product features into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute RICO's social media strategy and monthly content calendar.
- Manage RICO's social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and create engaging Reels, posts, stories, carousels,



videos and other social media content.
- Work closely with the graphic design and video teams to develop high-quality creative content.
- Identify and leverage trending topics, sounds, formats, hashtags and social media trends relevant to the brand.
- Develop creative content around RICO's home and kitchen appliances, product launches, offers and campaigns.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs and social media copy.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience interactions and ensure timely community management.
- Coordinate with influencers and content creators for social media campaigns and collaborations.
- Research competitor activities and identify recent content opportunities.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports covering reach, engagement, followers, views, leads and other key metrics.
