Job Summary

J&A; Business Group is looking for an energetic and organized Business Development Representative (BDR) to support international business development, B2B partnerships, conventions, exhibitions, trade expos, and corporate events. The candidate will be responsible for client coordination, event support, partnership development, travel arrangements, and business follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support international conventions, exhibitions, trade expos, conferences, and B2B events.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients, business partners, institutions, and stakeholders.
- Handle regular client and partner communication and follow-ups.
- Coordinate flights, visas, accommodation, transportation, and other travel arrangements.
- Manage invitations, RSVP tracking, delegate registrations, and event-related coordination.
- Liaise with event organizers, embassies,



trade bodies, institutions, and business organizations.
- Identify and support new B2B business opportunities and partnerships.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, meeting notes, lead information, and follow-up activities.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, MOUs, presentations, and partnership documents.
- Coordinate with Recruitment, Study Abroad, Migration, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Track business development activities and ensure timely follow-up with prospects and partners.
- Prepare event summaries, business development reports, and management updates.
- Support management in meetings, events, business visits, and international programs.
- Travel to domestic and international locations as required for business activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business
