About the Opportunity

Kish Hospitality Consultant is hiring an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager / F&B; Executive for a prestigious 5-star luxury resort in Sindhudurg, Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Supervise F&B; service teams.
- Ensure high standards of guest service.
- Coordinate restaurant operations with kitchen and other departments.
- Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Support staff training and development.
- Assist with inventory and operational controls.
- Handle guest concerns professionally.

Requirements
- 6–8 years of F&B; Service experience.
- Experience in restaurant operations.
- 4-star or 5-star hotel/resort background preferred.
- Bar knowledge will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Guest-focused and professional approach.
