Accountant – Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, GST/TCS-related work, and payment follow-ups for Juzgo Holidays Worlde LLP.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle sales and purchase invoice entries and verification.
- Perform bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation regularly.
- Maintain and verify petty cash and cash book records.
- Check and update receivable and payable summaries.
- Track customer payments and outstanding receivables.
- Verify supplier/vendor payments and outstanding payables.




- Prepare and verify GST and TCS-related entries and documentation.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for GST/TCS payments and compliance.
- Verify bank transactions, transfers, and payment entries.
- Identify and correct missed or incorrect accounting entries.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, receipts, vouchers, and financial records.
- Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
- Coordinate with management, auditors, banks, vendors, and internal teams whenever required.
- Ensure all accounting records are updated accurately and on time.
- Maintain confidentiality of company financial information.

Software & System Knowledge

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:
- Zoho Books
- ERP / Accounting Software
- MS Excel
- Banking & Reconciliation Systems
- GST / TCS portals
