- We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive Performance & Retention who can drive growth for a B2C/D2C mobile app by owning both user acquisition and lifecycle marketing.
- This role is retention-first, with strong hands-on expertise in CleverTap to build automated funnels, improve user engagement, and increase repeat conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Retention & Lifecycle Marketing (Primary Focus Must Have) Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing using CleverTap (mandatory) Build and optimise automated funnels for: User onboarding & activation Drop-off recovery (e.g., incomplete actions, payments) Engagement & habit formation Re-engagement & win-back campaigns Set up and manage: Push notifications, in-app messages, email, SMS, WhatsApp Perform advanced user segmentation, cohort analysis, and personalisation Improve key metrics: D1, D7, D30 retention, DAU/MAU, repeat usage

- Retention Identify drop-offs and fix them using:



Behavioral triggers Event-based automation Personalised communication flows Continuously run A/B tests on messaging, timing, and channels
- User Acquisition Manage and optimize campaigns across: Google Ads (UAC/App Campaigns preferred) Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Focus on acquiring high-quality users aligned with retention and LTV Work closely with the retention strategy to improve overall ROAS
- Analytics & Experimentation Work with tools like Firebase, GA4, AppsFlyer, or Mixpanel Define and track key events: Measure funnel performance and run continuous experiments

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must-have: Hands-on experience with CleverTap (campaigns, journeys, segmentation, automation)
- Experience working on B2C or D2C mobile apps Strong understanding of user lifecycle and retention strategies
- Basic to intermediate experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads Data-driven mindset with robust analytical skills
- Good to Have Experience
