Test Automation Architect Manager

The Test Automation Architect Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for defining, architecting, and driving the test automation strategy and implementation across enterprise programs, with a strong focus on TOSCA. This role will lead the design and deployment of robust, scalable test automation frameworks, ensuring efficient and effective quality assurance. Furthermore, the role will strategically explore and integrate AI capabilities to enhance test automation, including intelligent test case generation, defect prediction, and test data management. This position requires a blend of hands-on test automation expertise, architectural leadership, strategic thinking, and robust stakeholder communication, ensuring the continuous improvement and innovation of our test automation practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and implement enterprise-level test automation frameworks and strategies, primarily leveraging TOSCA.
- Drive the adoption, optimization, and governance of TOSCA across various projects and teams,



ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Lead the development of scalable, maintainable, and efficient automated test suites for functional, regression, API, and performance testing.
- Evaluate, select, and integrate various test automation tools and technologies, including AI-driven solutions, into the existing ecosystem.
- Define and implement best practices for test automation, coding standards, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Strategically explore and apply AI/ML techniques to enhance test automation, such as intelligent test case optimization, predictive analytics for defect detection, and AI-powered test data generation.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to test automation engineers and teams.
