Key Responsibilities
- Lead origination and syndication of debt for greenfield and expansion projects across mid-sized and large corporates
- Structure and syndicate long-term and short-term debt solutions, including tailored and structured financing products
- Independently originate, manage, and close mandates across debt (and select equity-linked) capital-raising transactions
- Source high-value mandates through direct client engagement and sustained relationship development
- Build and strengthen relationships with corporates, banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to enhance deal flow and execution capability
- Engage with promoters, CFOs, and senior management of reputed corporates to identify funding requirements and convert prospects into mandates
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with revenue targets and market opportunities
- Prepare and oversee client pitch books, proposals, term sheets, marketing materials,



and internal investment / management presentations
- Analyze client financial statements, cash flows, credit profiles, and industry dynamics to assess feasibility and structure transactions
- Review and coordinate deal documentation in conjunction with legal, risk, and compliance teams
- Work closely with internal stakeholdersincluding Corporate Banking, Capital Markets, Debt Advisory, Risk, Legal, and Operationsto ensure timely and effective deal execution through closure
- Maintain and update databases of comparable transactions, pricing benchmarks, and market intelligence
- Track and manage deal pipelines, portfolio exposure, and budget metrics, ensuring accurate reporting to senior management
- Liaise with external market participants, lenders, investors, and advisors to facilitate successful transaction outcomes
