Role Overview

The Creative Director at IdeateLab is not just a creative leader they are an architect of culture, a technologist of imagination, and a builder of teams. This is a senior leadership role for someone who has evolved with the industry, embraced AI as a creative partner, and has a proven track record of producing cinematic, high-impact content that drives measurable results.

You will own the creative vision across IdeateLab and our portfolio of brands, from concept through execution, while pioneering AI-powered content pipelines and inspiring a team to do the same.





Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Vision & Storytelling
- Define and own the overarching creative direction for IdeateLab and all associated brands.
- Translate brand strategy into compelling visual and narrative languages that resonate across platforms.
- Bring a cinematic sensibility to every asset, short-form, long-form, digital, and campaign.
- Champion story-first thinking within the team and ensure every piece of content has a beating heart.

2. AI-Powered Content Creation & Original Series
- Serve as the primary creative force on IdeateLab's AI original series produced entirely through AI.
- Drive the full creative lifecycle of these series: from story arc and episode structure to character design, world-building, and final output, all released through AI.
- Build and manage effective AI content pipelines using tools such as Sora, Runway, Kling, Pika, MidJourney, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, and emerging
